Love that advice! I am a little late in discovering that trusting my body to tell me how much to eat is also an unwise thing to do. My body ALWAYS wants to eat more than it should. If I do what I don’t want to do — tell myself NO occasionally — I will gain what I do want to gain — a healthy body. (Although the word “gain” there…somehow seems misplaced!)
