My Review of The Shack
1) He’s a really good player.
2) He needs to work on his free throws.
3) It’s too bad he and Kobe couldn’t get along better.

Now that is funny! (but I wish you would review The Shack – the book, that is!)
Sharon – I haven’t read it yet, have you? The reviews I’ve read raise a number of red flags as far as the book’s theology and portrayal of God.
I have been avoiding it, too, because of the red flags, but every person I speak to who has actually read it, raves about it. So…I am debating reading it myself. I know God is represented in it by three very different characters and it “sounds” like He is portrayed as more human, through this, than divine. Not so, say my many friends. They claim that the book has taught them great truths about God. So…if you choose to read it, I’d love your opinion.
