1 Million Blog Visitors!

Woo-hoo! The visitor count at RayFowler.org broke the one million mark last night . I feel like celebrating, so go out and treat yourself to something really nice!
Here is a snapshot of the statcounter from last night around 11:00 p.m. The relevant stat here is the total under the column marked “Unique Visitors” (1,000,052).
The one-millionth visitor hailed from Manakin Sabot, Virginia in the United States. They arrived at the blog via a Google search for “psalm 8 sermon,” which brought them to the sermon at the following link: Our Place in God’s Creation – Psalm 8.
It has been a great privilege to share my thoughts on God and life from a Christian perspective with you these past three and half years. I want to thank all the readers who have visited the blog during this time and encouraged me to keep blogging. So let’s go for a second million! (Lord willing!)

Wow!!! What a landmark, Ray. I love your blog and have been a follower since the beginning. From insightful sermon notes to funny cartoons and quotes, from relevant news stories to fascinating bits of trivia…it is always a place of interest and learning. Please keep the blogs coming and CONGRATULATIONS!
One million blog visitors!! That is exciting. I remember when you had a contest to see who could name the country that would be the 100th country to visit the blog. Do you have any records of how many countries logged in since the contest? Or is the correct term “blogged in”? Anyway, that would be an interesting fact to report. Congratulations on the excellent material you have brought to us over the years.
Margaret – I still keep an updated list of countries under the Stats Tab at the top of the blog. You will see a link at the top of that page that says: “Click here for a list of countries that have visited this site.” The current number is 183.
Congratulations Ray !!! I will continue to be a faithful blog visitor, I enjoy all of them !!
p.s. I asked for a Kindle for Christmas !!!
