I hold early morning prayer for our church on Wednesday mornings, and this morning we spent some time at the beginning just praising God for his awesome power and magnificence in creating the universe, and then marveling that he knows and loves us as individuals. It would probably take me months of red tape to have an audience with the President of the United States, but I can go directly and immediately into the throne room of the Creator of the universe in an instant. Wow! I like that line from the song, "How Big is God" where is says..."He's big enough to rule His mighty universe, yet small enough to live within my heart"!!
