I first heard of Larry Norman from his song "Why should the devil have all the good music" as a teenager. I had thought it was a Geoff Moore song. My best friend introduced me to his music and I was amazed and started collecting his albums, etc. It's now been about 20 yrs. I have seen Larry in concert about 3 times and got a chance to meet him. Larry has been a big influence in my life. My wife and I are traveling around the world handing out tracts & bibles (when we can) for 6 yrs now and do not keep up with the news. We just learned today of Larry's passing. Our condolences to his family and friends. Even though Larry has passed away, his music continues in the heart's of people and will continue to bring more people to Christ. We are saddened of his passing but rejoice in his gain. We look forward to meeting with him in heaven.

I was introduced to Larry's music at 18 years old. It influenced me greatly. My pastor, who introduced me to his music, was actually old friends with Larry - from way back in the jesus people movement. I am 31 now and a singer writer and regret I never got to meet him - one day...one way.

Thanks for providing all the Larry Norman related posts. I was introduced to him in the 70's and have NEVER forgotten him, although I lost touch with his work and ministry sometime in the 80's. He and his music are unforgetable!
