		<description>I read the &quot;long&quot; version of this sermon, because it has always fascinated me that we seem to believe that the other 9 commandments still apply, but somehow this one doesn&#039;t.  I liked the balance you struck, Ray.  Since I have tried to take a sabbath, I have found myself to be more rested and less prone to sickness.  I find that I look forward to Sundays and even long for them at times, because I know that on a Sunday I get to worship and I get to just plain stop after that.  I read, I sleep, I take a lazy walk with the dog, and oh then maybe I sleep some more!  Thanks for the balanced approach and for not simply saying it doesn&#039;t apply any more.</description>
