It led to the formation of a small prayer group and literally changed my life and my focus. Oh how hard it is to read about the death of a spouse when there has been a very close and happy marriage...I am thankful the separations are temporary and that Heaven awaits! Thanks for passing on John Piper's remarks about Ray Ortlund, too, Ray. He sounds like a wonderful pastor and he will obviously be missed by many. What a tribute to a life well-lived!
